WLS Land.

Hi guys,

Just wanted to let you all know where I am in WLS Land. I just got off the
phone with my surgeons office. I called to see if his letter had been sent to
the insurance people yet. The girl I spoke to told me that the letter had
been dictated over the weekend and she just picked it up today. She said she
would probably type it tomorrow and then send it out. So, I’m going to give
her until Thursday and then call and make sure it went out. THEN I guess I’ll
give the insurance people one week to get it before I call and see if they
have it.

Hopefully being bossy won’t hurt my chances with them will it? I know you can
catch more bees with honey than with vinegar but, I’m worried that they won’t
do anything unless I get in there and make sure it’s done.
