I had my Gallbladder removed Sunday

I never felt well enough to do the flush!. I’ve been sick for 3 months now,
with no let up at all, during this time I had 11 sevier attacks. Saturday, I
went into Emergency and they did a gallbladder ultrasound
and it was FULL of stones, mostly small ones and some real large ones.
My liver enzymes were off also, so they kept me and did the Surgery Sunday
morning. It took an hour, I was very sore for the first 2 days and still am
quite groggy. I’ve been fighting this operation for 4 years now, sticking to
a VERY low fat diet, and to no avail,,It had to come out. I still plan on
doing the Flushes a couple times a year, to keep any further stones, from
gathering in the bile ducts and liver. Frankly, I’m glad it’s over with!!!.
I can acually eat without getting sick!.

flush

Just wondered if anyone ever had an attack while doing a flush. And does
the epsom salts cause severe cramping?
Is it hot enough for everyone out there!? Laura
