Pseudo-tumor cerebri

Hi, I know that some of you have mentioned that you have or have had pseudo-
tumor.
Can you all give me a little description of what it was like for you.

I have unexplained disabling headaches and they seem to be worse when the
hormones are in full force (saying it nicely so that the men don’t cringe). I
have been put on migraine meds and they do help but the doctors are stumped.
They aren’t true migraines but they have some of the same triggers.

Hi everyone,
I just got home from the hospital. They have switched Chuck to oral
antibiotics. This is a good sign the Dr wanted to switch him before he sent
him home. His Dr said the leg is looking good. The surgen said he should
be able to come home by Thurs at the latest, possibly tomorrow. We don’t
have a definate answer yet.

I want to thank you all for your prayers, well wishes, and kind words. You
have been a great support to me. Chuck has enjoyed all his cards and notes.
I will bring him the new ones in the morning. Thanks again and I will say
it again-YOU GUYS ARE THE BEST.

Ketosis, Pro and Con?

I think I have been in ketosis a few times since my surgery because I
don’t eat enough. I haven’t tried to so this, but I do have the
tell-tale coated tongue/bad breath and I think I tend to lose weight
faster than the average person who had surgery with the same doctor.
Should I be worried about the future? i got myself out of ketosis a few
months ago after the doctor yelled at me about not eating enough.
