foot pain and flushing

I hope it does clear up for you. :) The pain I had in my foot was right where (I learned later) the reflexology pressure point for the gallbladder is. I’d been dealing with that in other ways (typical stuff – inserts for the shoes, etc…). Those things helped, but it didn’t completely go away.
Then one time when I did a flush – maybe about my third one, I think, I woke up about 3:00 in the morning with a pulsing pain right in that area. It didn’t last very long – just a couple of minutes and it was gone. The next morning I was amazed to realize that the discomfort I’d had in that area for at least six months, probably longer, was completely gone. Since that time I’ve noticed it come back just a little bit, but then when I do the flush it’s gone again. So I use that as sort of an indicator for the need for a flush. :)

It sounds crazy, but if anyone has done any study about reflexology, you’ll
know what I mean about this.
